Friends of Alton Maddox in collaboration with Hagar's Palace presents “Justice has no statue of limitation: a celebratory evening with attorney at war Alton H. Maddox, Jr. on Friday, May 23rd at Hagar’s Palace located 19 Joseph E. Lowery Blvd. Doors Open 6:30PM.Tickets are $15.00 and will be available at the door. The evening will feature Human Rights Activist, Dick Gregory, Former Congresswoman Cynthia Mckinney, Professor Leonard Jeffries with presentations of acknowledgments from community organizations including the Malcolm X Grassroots movement, African Community Center, UNIA, N’Cobra and special guest Tawana Brawley.

May 21st marks the 24th Anniversary of Attorney Alton H .Maddox’s suspension from the practice of law. The Atlanta community celebrates and honors his achievements this Friday.
Attorney Maddox has lead the charge on the front lines of many community legal battles through the years. From the front lines of Police Terrorism, to the racial conflicts in Bensonhurst and
Howard Beach, and the highly publicized case of Tawana Brawley, Attorney Maddox has tirelessly served his community.
